Who am I?
My background in mechanical engineering and exercise physiology combined with my professional experience in project management gives me a unique perspective on what it takes to help you become the athlete you want to be. I take a tailored, individual approach to help you achieve your goals, whether it’s a podium finish at a local crit, a new personal best in your next marathon, or finally completing that first ultra-endurance event.
Under my guidance, my athletes have achieved multiple wins and podiums in state and even world championship level events in their respective age groups, completed first marathons and achieved ultra endurance goals.
